A Carter County Man Is Facing Statutory Rape Charges After A Juvenile Was Reportedly Found In His Home. Deputies Responded To The Call At An Apartment On Reeser Road In The Milligan Community To Assist Department Of Corrections Officers Conducting A Home Check On 20 Year Old Jahiem Malik Cole’s Residence. While Conducting The Check Probation Officers Found A 15 Year Old Hiding Inside A Bedroom Closet. The Juvenile Aledgely Told Officers They Had Engaged In Sexual Activity With Cole And Showed Text Messages That Cole Knew They Were Underage. Cole Remains In Jail.
