A Male Subject Was Found Lying In The Roadway With Apparent Serious Injuries. Officers Identified The Pedestrian As 21 Year Old Atithi Bandhu Of Elizabethton. He Was Taken To An Area Hospital For Treatment. Police Said Bandhu Apparently Ran Across Broad Street Into The Path Of A Ford F-150, Driven By 56 Year Old Shannon Smith.
