The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Has Arrested A Convicted Sex Offender On Rape Charges Involving A Juvenile. Marquise Cole Is Charged With Statutory Rape After Officers With The Tennessee Department Of Probation And Parole Were Conducting A Home Check At Cole’s Home And Located A 15 Year Old Juvenile Hiding Inside His Bedroom Closet. The Juvenile Admitted To Having Inappropriate Contact With Cole. He Remains In The Carter County Detention Center On A Half-A-Million Dollars Bond. He’s Set To Appear In Court Later This Month.
