East Tennessee State University College Of Nursing Is Wanting To Build A Simulation Center At Etsu Allandale In Kingsport. The Hope Is To Build The More Than 2-Million Dollar State-Of-The-Art Facility Within The Next Two Years. It Would Simulate Real World Events And Offer Students A Safe Environment. Design Work Could Begin In November. The College Is Now Looking For Money To Build It.
