A Greeneville Court Has Struck Down A Petition By Several Of The Convicted Lillelid Murderers. The Petition Filed August 30th Requested Fingerprint Analysis Of The Gun Used To Kill All But One Member Of The Family In 1997. The Request Was In Hopes Analysis Would Prove Which Of The Juveniles Engaged In The Actual Shooting Of The Family. The Judge Felt The Test Would Not Have Been Useful Enough To Justify The Order.
