The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Is Investigating An Incident At Happy Valley High School. Administrators Received A Report On Thursday That A Student Had Made Threats To Harm Other Students. The School Was Put On A Soft Lockdown As The Threats Were Investigated. The Students Involved Were Interviewed And No Weapons Were Found. Charges Are Pending.
