A Sullivan County Woman Accused In The Death Of Her 15 Month Old Child Has A Hearing Set In Criminal Court This Friday. The Hearing Will Address The Admissibility Of Photographs At Megan Boswell’s Trial, Which Is Set To Begin On February 6th Of Next Year. Boswell Is Charged With Two Counts Of Felony Murder In The Death Of Evelyn Boswell, Whose Remains Were Found On Family Property In March 2020 After She Had Gone Missing. Boswell Also Faces Several Other Charges Related To The Little Girl’s Death.
