The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Has Confirmed A Person Of Interest In A Homicide Investigation Is In Police Custody. Brandon Carrier Was Arrested In Connection To A Previous Violation Of Probation Warrant. Carrier Is A Person Of Interest In A Homicide Investigation Involving His Wife Shannon Marie Issacs Who Has Not Been Seen Since August 23rd, The Same Day A Woman’s Remains Were Found Inside A Burned Vehicle On Dry Branch Road. Forensic Results Have Not Yet Identified The Remians. No Other Details Were Released On Carrier’s Arrest.
