The Greene County Sheriff’s Office Has Charged A Woman In Connection With A Recent Shooting. It Happened Saturday At A Home On West Allens Bridge Road. Deputies Discovered A Man Had Been Shot In The Leg. An Investigation Revealed Jessica Mentzell Had Been Arguing With The Victim. She Allegedly Got A Gun And Threatened The Man When The Weapon Discharged. Two 9mm Shell Casings Were Found, One Under A Baby Crib In The Bedroom. Mentzell Is Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault And Reckless Endangerment. A One Year Old Child Was In The Home At The Time But Was Not Injured. Mentzell Will Appear In Court Soon.
