The Auction For The Former Colonial Heights Middle School In Kingsport Will Take Place The Later Part Of This Month. The Minimum Bid For The Facility On Lebanon Road Will Be Two-Million Dollars. There’s Also A Restriction The Building Can Only Be Used For School Or Residential Purposes. Bids Will Be Accepted Between September 19Th And September 26Th.
