A Joint Investigation By The Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office And The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Has Led To The Arrest Of Two Church Hill Men. 58 Year Old David Davis And 53 Year Old Jackie Lynn Spears Were Arrested During A Drug Bust On August 30Th Where Authorities Found 34 Grams Of A Powder Believed To Be Heroin/Fentanyl. Davis Is Alleged To Have Been Trafficking Drugs From Knoxville Into Hawkins County With Spears Help. Both Are Charged With Possession Of Schedule I Drugs With Intent To Sell Or Deliver And Possession Of Drug Paraphernailia.
