In A Letter To East Tennessee State University’s President Brian Noland A State Representative Has Advised The University To Remove Any References To LGBTQ+ People Being A Protected Class. Representative John Ragan Of Oak Ridge Gave The School Until Friday To Advise His Office That They Have Revoked And Or Removed Any Publications, Policies And Website Entries Implying LGBTQ+ Students Are A Protected Class Under Title IX. A Spokesperson For ETSU Said They Are Not Prepared To Speak About The Letter As The Legal Team Is Reviewing The Request.
