According To The Virginia Department Of Environmental Quality, Bristol Virginia Has Failed To Submit State-Required Stormwater Monitoring Reports. A Warning Letter From The Agency Sent Out August 26Th Says The City May Be In Violation Of The State’s Water Control Law Due To Not Submitting The Reports, Which Were Due July 10Th. The Monitoring Is Supposed To Take Place At Specified Sites Within The City’s Landfill. The City Has 20 Days To Respond To The Letter.
