A Crash On Highway 91 In Carter County Has Left Two People Dead. It Happened Thursday When A Motorcycle Traveling At A High Rate Of Speed Crashed Into An SUV Went Off The Roadway And Hit A Man Mowing A Yard. Billy Hilton Jr The Motorcyclist And The Pedestrian James Ledford Both Died In The Incident. The Driver Of The SUV Is Facing Citations And Criminal Charges.
