Kingsport Leaders Have Approved Tax Increment Financing Or TIF Agreements For Two Developments. The Projects Include Brickyard Park Near Cement Hill And Centennial Row Near Main Street. Under The TIF Plan, Both Locations Will Have A Tax Break For 25 Years. Brickyard Park Is Expected To Generate $5.8 Million In Annual Economic Impact For The City, While Centennial Park Would Generate About A Half-A-Million Annually.
