The Kingsport School Board Has Decided To Pursue Purchasing The Former Colonial Heights Middle School. School Leaders Have Asked The Board Of Mayor And Aldermen To Place A Bid, And The School Board Will Reimburse The City Up To 2.25 Million If They Win It. Kingsport Is Needing More Classroom Space With Growth Expected In Future Years. Lakeway Christian Schools Has Expressed Interest In The Facility As Well.
