The Bristol Virginia Planning Commission Has Approved A Rezoning Request For A Planned Multi-Family Residential Development On Amy Street. The Developer, Sopen Two, LLC, Requested Zoning For Just Over 5-Acres Of Land Be Changed From R-2 To R-3. The Plan Is To Build Up To 100 Units. The Request Will Now Head To The City Council For Approval. A Joint Public Hearing Is Set To Take Place September 13Th.
