Kingsport City Parks And Recreation Has Announced A Free Event For The Entire Family. On Saturday At V.O. Dobbins Sr Complex Field The City Will Have It’s First Every Foam Party. Between 5 And 8pm A Foam Machine Will Fill The Area With A Thick Mountain Of Foam. The Splash Pad Will Also Be Open At That Time. Bring A Towel And Come Have Fun.
