A Johnson City Man Accused Of Participating In The January 6th Capital Riots Has Agreed To A Plea Deal. James Brooks, Pleaded Guilty To Entering And Remaining In A Restricted Building Or Grounds, Disorderly And Disruptive Conduct, Disordering Conduct In A Capital Building And Picketing In A Capital Building. Brooks Will Be Sentenced On November 3rd.
