Officers Received Reports Of An Intoxicated Male Setting Fires Inside His Apartment. Duncan Was Located Wondering Outside. An Investigation Determined Multiple Small Fires Were Set Inside His Apartment With His Fiance Inside. The Fire Department Extinguished The Fires And Ventilated The Apartment. Duncan’s Bond Is Set At $50,000.
