Heaven Deloach Is Charged With Felony Child Abuse Concerning A Child Eight Years Old Or Younger. The Arrest Stems From A Joint Investigation With The Department Of Children’s Services And Johnson City Police Department. Deloach’s Bond Is Set At $3,000 And She Will Be Arraigned In Criminal Court On September 19Th.
