The Johnson City Housing Authority Plans To Offer The CEO-Executive Director’s Job To The Deputy Director Of The Kingsport Housing And Redevelopment Authority. Sam Edwards Has Been With The Kingsport Authority For Over Ten Years And Was Chosen For The Position In A Recent Called Meeting. He Will Replace Former Executive Director Richard Mcclain, Who Was Fired In April Of This Year. The Jcha Board Is Set To Meet Wednesday For An Official Vote On Approving A Final Contract For Edwards. Edwards Could Start His New Position By The End Of Next Month.
