A Kingsport Couple Has Been Arrested Following A Call Of Possible Drug Activity. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Said 39 Year Old Matthew Carpenter And 40 Year Old Susan Adams Are Both Charged With Violation Of Probation. Carpenter Is Also Facing Multiple Drug Charges. Investigators From The Special Operations Unit Obtained A Warrant To Search A Home On Asbury Street Were An Unspecified Amount Of Meth, Heroin And Multiple Types Of Pills Were Located. Further Charges Are Pending For Adams And Carpenter, Who Both Remain Behind Bars.
