The Mayor Of Mountain City Has Officially Suspended The City Recorder After She And A Former Employee Were Indicted By A Johnson County Grand Jury. Sheila Shaw Has Been Suspended Until Further Notice Due To Her Being Charged With Official Misconduct. The Decision By Mayor Jerry Jordan Will Have To Be Confirmed By The City Council On August 2nd. The Four Remaining Clerks In The Recorder’s Office Are Without Management At This Time, While The Search Continues For An Interim Appointee.
