Johnson City Police Are Investigating An Incident That Injured A Pedestrian. It Happened On University Parkway Tuesday Night. Officers Found The Pedestrian Had Been Struck As He Was Trying To Cross The Westbound Lanes. He Was Taken To The Hospital And Is Listed In Critical Condition. The Vehicle That Struck Him Was Hit In The Rear By Second Vehicle. Two People In The Second Vehicle Were Also Injured In The Incident.
