Ballad Health System Is Reporting An Increase In Covid-19 Cases This Past Week With Positivity Rates At Or Above 30%. The Healthcare System Reported 98 Covid Positive Inpatients Yesterday, Including 12 In Intensive Care Units And Five On Ventilators. This Is The Largest Number Of Inpatients Since Mid-April. In Northeast Tennessee, The CDC Says Carter, Cocke, Greene, Unicoi And Washington Counties Are Listed With High Levels Of Community Transmission. Meanwhile, 10 Counties And Two Cities In Far Southwest Virginia Have Reported More Than 950 New Cases Since Last Tuesday. Three Counties In Triple Figures Of New Cases Were Wise, Washington And Tazewell Counties.
