The State Of Tennessee Has Charged The Holston Army Ammunitions Plant Commander And Two Of His Employees With Misdemeanors Involving Illegal Hunting On Plant Property. According To Records Filed In Hawkins County Criminal Court, Lt. Col. Randolph Scott Carpenter And One Of His Employees, James Duff Are Charged With Unlawful Hunting From An Aircraft, Watercraft Or Motor Vehicle And Failure To Wear A Daylight Fluorescent Orange Color While Hunting Big Game. If Convicted, They Face Up To 30 Days In Jail And A $50 Fine For Each Charge. Meanwhile, Guy Donald Hurd Is Also Facing Similar Charges For A Hunting Incident That Allegedly Occurred In November. All Three Men Will Be Arraigned On August 10Th.
