A U.S. District Court Jury In Abingdon Virginia Has Found A Former California Man, Guilty Of Conspiring To Peddle Drugs In Southwest Virginia. 56 Year Old Guy Bowman Of Meadowview Was Convicted Of One Count Of Conspiracy To Possess With Intent To Distribute And To Distributing 500 Grams Or More Of Meth. Prosecutors Said Bowman And 42 Year Old Sally Mae Carr, Also Of Meadowview, Operated Their Meth Trafficking Business, Bringing About 200 Pounds Of Crystal Meth From California Into The Area For Redistribution. Carr Is Set To Be Sentenced On October 11th And Bowman Will Be Sentenced On October 14th. Both Face Ten Years To Life In Prison.
