A Bristol Virginia Business Is Participating In A New Partnership Program To Help Workers With Child Or Adult Caring Costs. Universal Fibers Is One Of Several Employers Joining Together In Our Region With The United Way Of Southwest Virginia And Go Virginia, To Launch The “Employer-Sponsored Child Care Benefit” Pilot Program. The Program Could Save Employees Up To $100 Per Week In Annual Child Care Costs And Is Expected To Reduce Employee Turnover. The Goal Is To Have Employers Provide The Benefit On Their Own After Two Years. Until Then, Half Of The Funds Are Coming From United Way.
