Johnson City Police Have Charged Two People With Possession Of Methamphetamine And Several Other Charges. Robert Rigsby And Miranda Sluss Were Stopped By Johnson City Police On Tuesday. A Search Of The Vehicle Turned Up Over An Ounce Of Methamphetamine, A Small Amount Of Heroin, And Other Drugs. A Large Sum Of Cash And A Loaded Handgun Were Also Found Under The Drivers Seat. Rigsby Is Being Held On A 51,500 Dollar Bond. Sluss Is Being Held On A 40 Thousand Dollars Bond. They Are Both Scheduled To Be Arraigned This Afternoon
