A Johnson City Man Is Accused Of Carjacking His Own Mother. 45 Year Old Gary Williams Is Charged With Carjacking, Theft Of Property Over $2,500 And Violating An Order Of Protection. Mary Williams Told Police She And Her Son Were Riding In The Vehicle When She Stopped At An Intersection. Her Son Exited The Car, Walked Around The Vehicle, Allegedly Pulled His Mother Out Of The Driver’s Seat And Drove Away. Gary Williams Was Taken Into Custody A Short Time Later And Is Being Held On A 21-Thousand Dollars Bond.
