The Sullivan County Commission Has Approved An Interlocal Agreement With Kingsport That Will Bring Homes To The Area. The City Plans To Annex 200 Acres Of Land Near West Ridge High School In Order To Create 1,000 Single Family Homes, Apartments And Townhomes. Ground Is Expected To Be Broken As Early As This Fall.
