Tennessee Voters Will Head To The Polls In November To Decide On Making Tennessee’s “Right To Work” A Permanent Part Of The State Constitution. The Volunteer State Is Among 27 Others That Have A Right To Work Law That Protects Employees Throughout The State From Being Hired Or Fired Based On Their Membership In, Affiliation With, Resignation From, Or Refusal To Join Or Affiliate With Any Labor Union Or Employee Organization. Amendment 1 Will Appear On The November 8Th Statewide Ballot.
