Marissa Kiser Was Convicted In February In U.S. District Court In Abingdon Of Conspiracy To Defraud The United States, And Several Other Fraud Charges Including Aggravated Identity Theft. A Judge Ordered Her To Serve 27 Months In Prison. The Department Of Justice Said Kiser And Her Co-Conspirators Filed Fraudulent Claims With The Virginia Employment Commission On Behalf Of At Least 37 People Over A Nine Month Period.
