A Two Vehicle Crash On State Highway 421 In Bristol Tennessee Has Left One Person Dead. The Tennessee Highway Patrol Said 79 Year Old Douglas Cox Pulled Out From Rooty Branch Road Into The Path Of A Motorcycle. The Driver Of The Motorcycle, 18 Year Old Matthew Guy Of Bristol, Was Thrown Off. Guy Was Killed In The Crash. A Toxicology Test Has Been Requested And The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
