Water Rates Will Increase 7.5%, While Sewer Rates Will Go Up 13.5% Effective July 1st. The New Spending Plan Will Give City Employees A 5% Cost-Of-Living Adjustment, A Step Increase And Move Them Back To The State Retirement Plan. The Budget Will Allso Fund The School System’s School Resource Officers As Well As Two Additional Positions.
