The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Has Released The Name Of The Woman Killed In A Boating Accident On South Holston Lake. She Is 23 Year Old Samantha Jo Hess Of Kingsport. Authorities Said A Deck Boat Carrying Three People Collided With A Personal Watercraft Carry Hess And Another Person On Memorial Day. The Operator Of The Personal Craft Was Airlifted To An Area Hospital With Serious Injuries. Hess Was Pronounced Dead At Bristol Regional Medical Center. No One On The Deck Boat Was Injured. The Incident Remains Under Investigation.
