A Single Vehicle Crash In Russell County Has Claimed A Life. It Happened On U.S. Route 782, When A Motorcycle Traveling North Ran Off The Left Side Of The Road And Struck A Guardrail. The Driver 29 Year Old Brittany Cooper Of Cedar Bluff Virgina Died At The Scene. The Virginia State Police Are Investigating.
