A Hawkins County Man Is Facing Charges After Deputies Responded To A Camper On Highway 11w For A Welfare Check On Five Children. They Reportedly Entered The Camper Which Was Filled With Trash And Smelled Of Marijuana. 32 Year Old Joshua Hinkle Admitted He Had Smoked After The Children Went To Bed. A Gun Along With Other Drugs And Paraphernalia Were Also Discovered. Hinkle Is Facing Multiple Charges Including Unlawful Possession Of A Firearm By A Felon. The Children Were Left With A Relative And The Department Of Children’s Services Was Notified.
