A Prominent Johnson City Minister Has Passed Away. Reverend Vincent Dial, Senior Pastor At Bethel Christian Church Died Monday Night From Pancreatic Cancer. Dial Played In The National Football League For The Kansas City Chiefs. He Retired From The NFL And Then Worked As A Band Teacher At Liberty Bell. He Also Served As Principal At Northside Elementary School Until His Retirement. Friends Remember Vincent As A Pillar In The Community.
