A Johnson City Man Facing Multiple Child Sex Crimes In Carter County Has Pled Not Guilty To All Of Them. 33 Year Old Benjamin Alexander Scott Is Charged With Two Counts Of Rape, Aggravated Rape, Rape Of A Child And Continous Sexual Abuse Of A Child. After Carter County School Employees Notified Authorities A Student Had Reported A Rape. Investigators Were Able To Gather Evidence To Arrest Scott. He Is Scheduled To Appear In Court On July 11th.
