An 18 Year Old Male Has Been Arrested In Connection With Two Shootings In Johnson City. Ja Mika Beard Is Charged With Attempted First Degree Murder, Three Counts Of Attempted Second Degree Murder, Three Counts Of Possession Of A Firearm In The Commission Of A Felony And Two Counts Of Reckless Aggravated Assault. He’s Accused Of Being Involved In A Shooting On April 30th In Downtown Johnson City And Another In The Carver Community On May 4th. At Least Two People Were Injured. Beard’s Bond Is Set At A Half-A-Million Dollars. He Will Be Arraigned In General Sessions Court This Afternoon.
