Police Said A Verbal Altercation Turned Physical In The 100 Block Of West Chilhowie Street. Police Found The Victim With A Wound To The Torso. He Was Taken To The Hospital And Treated For Non Life Threatening Injuries. Sanders Is Being Held Without Bond.
