A Greene County Grand Jury Has Indicted A Couple In Connection With A New Year’s Day Shooting At A Mobile Home. 24 Year Old Christopher Deyton And 20 Year Old Sierra Gordon Are Charged With Four Counts Each Of Aggravated Assault And Reckless Endangerment By Discharging A Firearm Into An Occupied Habitat. It Happened At A Residence On Bill Jones Road. The Victim, Tory Nelson Suffered A Gunshot Wound To The Leg. During The Incident, A Firearm Was Discharged Inside The Mobile Home That Had A Total Of Four People Inside In Addition To The Two Suspects. Deyton And Gordon Remain Held On Bond And Will Be Arraigned In Criminal Court On May 13th.
