A Buchanan County Grand Jury Has Indicted A County Board Of Supervisors Member On 82 Felony Charges Including Election Fraud And Embezzlement. Trey Adkins, Who Is The Supervisor For The Knox District, Was Indicted On 34 Counts Of False Statement-Election Fraud, 11 Counts Of Absentee Voting Procedure Violation, Eight Counts Of Public Embezzlement And Several Other Charges. Sherry Lynn Bailey, Was Indicted On 12 Felony Counts Involving Election Fraud. According To A Release, Adkins Has Been Under Investigation For Over Two Years. Prosecutors Have Said They Will Not Be Releasing Any Further Information On The Case.
