The City Of Kingsport Has Named Jessica Harmon To The Position Of Assistant City Manager. She Will Oversee The City’S Building Department, Code Enforcement, Planning, Community Development And The Public Information And Communications Department. Harmon Has Worked In The Planning Field For More Than A Decade.
