A Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Vehicle Was Damaged Following An Incident In Kingsport. The TBI Recovered A Stolen Vehicle At The East Stone Commons Shopping Center Last Night. While Agents Were Taking The Suspect Into Custody, A TBI Vehicle Was Damaged. The Suspect Is In Jail Charged With Possession Of Stolen Property. Additional Charges Are Pending.
