Michael Gillis Is Charged With Disorderly Conduct, Failing To Obey Lawful Order, And Resisting Arrest After An Incident In August Of 2020 Where Gillis Confronted A Kingsport Police Officer. A Judge Found Gillis Guilty On Four Of The Five Charges. It Is Unclear What Gillis’ Sentence Will Be For The Charges.
