A Jury Trial Has Been Set For A Washington County Tennessee Zoning Lawsuit Concerning A Bitcoin Mining Operation In Limestone. Legal Counsel For Brightridge And Red Dog Technologies Have Decided To Forego An Appeal Of An Earlier Court Order In Favor Of The County And Proceed With A Jury Trial. Judge John Rambo Ruled Earlier That The Bitcoin Operation On Property Owned By Brightridge Does Not Conform With The Proper Use Allowed Under Zoning Regulations. A Pre-Trial Hearing Is Set For May 11th With The Trial Scheduled To Start On July 11th.
