They Reportedly Involved Various Substances And Occurred Between January 6Th And February 14Th. This Prompted A Compliance Review Meeting By The Water Resources Division Of The Agency. Eastman Contends A Variety Of Efforts Including Training And Containment Measures Are Underway Aimed At Preventing These Issues In The Future.
